His Art has also been accepted to the New Mexico State Fairs Fine Arts Division, to be shown Sept 2026.

In 2019 he acquired his first 3D printer. He uses his 30 years of CAD (Computer Aided Design) experience to generate one-off 3D Solid Models. He transfers his STL (Stereo Lithography Files) to slicer software which he then fabricates. He uses both, resin and extrusion type, 3D printers. Upon completion the models are cleaned, painted and assemble by hand. Some pieces may have as many as 100 separate parts.

Paul graduated from UNM in 1980 with a BS in Industrial Education. He taught Industrial Fabrication Techniques at CNM for 25 years. He also worked for CVI laser as an Application Engineer for 10 years. Upon his retirement he worked for Yamaha as an Electronic Keyboard technician.

Paul is providing technical advice and assistance for NMAIC, setting exhibits and art exhibits. He has also given workshops, helped with website and video preparations for Hodgepodge.
